Due to price changes at Microsoft and its partners, the previous maintenance and update fees will change.
Microsoft price change for on-premises licences from October 2025
This year, Microsoft has again announced that it will adjust the prices for Business Central On-Premises and Dynamics NAV as follows from 1 October 2025 .
The changes affect both purchase and subscription (rental) licences and apply equally to existing and new customers.
This applies to new users, modules and development objects that are added to an existing licence, and also applies to the purchase of new subscription (rental) licences.
- Business Central & NAV purchase licences: approx. +10%
- Business Central & NAV subscription (rental) licences: approx. +10–14%
The price range quoted is a rounded estimate based on the new Microsoft conversion factor and serves as a guide for the expected price adjustment.
At the same time, the storage sizes per user will also be increased depending on the licence variant.

Microsoft price change for software maintenance (enhancement plans) from October 2025
Also starting in October 2025, the rate for software maintenance (Enhancement Plan) will increase by 1% for both annual and new 3-year contracts.

Add-on solutions
We also assume that our add-on partners, if they have not already done so, will adapt their software maintenance in line with Microsoft's changes, as they have done in previous years.
